Compliance Alert: CalChamber's Workplace Ordinance poster will reflect San Francisco's updated Health Care Ordinance notice with 2026 Employer Expenditure Rates effective 1/1/2026. Employers with 100+ workers @ $4.11 per hour; Businesses with 20-99 workers or Nonprofits with 50-99 workers @ $2.74 per hour. Businesses with 0-19 workers and Nonprofits with 0-49 workers are Exempt. Employers must post the most current notices.
