Effective July 1, 2024, the County of Los Angeles will no longer require the Supplemental Minimum Wage Poster previously sold by CalChamber.
Effective July 1, 2024, the County of Los Angeles’ minimum wage increased to $17.27/hour. Los Angeles County employers must update their postings to reflect this change.
If you've previously purchased a County of Los Angeles Labor Law Poster dated prior to July 2024 from CalChamber, you’ll need to purchase a current County of Los Angeles Labor Law Notices Poster (Item PLACOL).

- This notice is mandatory for all employers regardless of size.
Poster Protect® coverage is not available for city and county posters.
County of Los Angeles Requirements:
Employers with employees working in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County must display the required notices in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite located within the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County where any employee works.
The notices must be posted in English, Spanish, and the primary language used by the employer to communicate with each employee regarding the employee's work functions, if other than English or Spanish.
The Los Angeles County Minimum Wage ordinance only applies to work completed within the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County.
