County of Los Angeles Requirements:

Employers with employees working in unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County must display the required notices in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite located within the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County where any employee works.

The notices must be posted in English, Spanish, and the primary language used by the employer to communicate with each employee regarding the employee's work functions, if other than English or Spanish.

The Los Angeles County Minimum Wage ordinance only applies to work completed within the unincorporated areas of Los Angeles County. To determine if employees are completing work for your business within the unincorporated area of Los Angeles County, visit the Los Angeles County’s Minimum Wage Resources website.
