Compliance Alert: HRUSA's Nevada and Federal Labor Law Posters (and Digital Notices) reflect mandatory updates to the Nevada Minimum Wage rates (July 1, 2024), the Workers' Compensation updated notice (D-1) effective 2/24, Assembly Bill 307 updated notice effective 4/1/24, and to two of the federal notices:
- Effective April 2023, the Federal Minimum Wage notice (applicable to all employers) was updated in response to the Pump Act that was passed at the end of December 2022.
- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has released its updated Know Your Rights notice (applicable to employers with 15 or more employees) to address the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act which took effect on June 27, 2023.
This requires employers to update their postings.
