New minimum wage rates took effect on July 1, 2021 :
- The standard rate increases to $12.75/hour.
- The Portland Metro rate increases to $14.00/hour.
- The nonurban counties rate increases to $12.00/hour.
On July 1, 2021, updates also took effect to these required worksite notices: Oregon Sick Time; Breaks & Meals + Overtime & Paychecks; Sexual Harassment & Domestic Violence Protections; Oregon Family Leave Act; and Equal Pay.
