CalChamber’s 24” x 24” Sunnyvale Minimum Wage poster (English, Spanish, Chinese combined) contains the official notice with the current minimum wage as required by the City of Sunnyvale Minimum Wage Ordinance.
Every employer must post the City of Sunnyvale minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works.
Employers who fail to comply with the City of Sunnyvale's minimum wage ordinance may be subject to administrative citations, fines and compliance orders, penalties, and civil actions.
Posting Specifics
Employers must post this notice in the top three languages spoken in the city based on the latest available census information.
