Fremont Minimum Wage Poster - MASTPFCL
Compliance Alert: CalChamber's 2021 poster reflects Fremont's increase in minimum wage rates that took effect on July 1, 2020. The minimum wage is $15.00/hour for employers with 26 or more employees, and $13.50/hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees.
Covered Employers/Employees
All employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work in a calendar week within the geographic limits of the City of Fremont must be paid wages no less than the minimum wage for each hour worked.
Required Notices

Every employer must prominently display the minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite where an employee works.
Employers who fail to comply with the Fremont Minimum Wage Ordinance (MWO) may be subject to administrative citations, penalties and civil actions.
