Covered Employers/Employees The West Hollywood MWO and its leave provisions apply to all employers who directly or indirectly employ or exercise control over the wages, hours, or working conditions of any employee. Any employee who works at least two (2) hours in a calendar week within the geographic boundaries of West Hollywood must be paid wages no less than the minimum wage for each hour worked.
