CalChamber’s new Foundations of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) course aims to help learners become more conscious about DEI and understand its value to an organization’s bottom line; support learners in becoming more self-aware; and identify inclusive leadership behaviors that will ensure a workplace where people can thrive.
This one hour, highly-interactive, computer-based course was crafted by nationally-recognized diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging experts, and designed to help your company create and maintain an inclusive culture.
