Covered Employers/Employees
All employers who maintain a facility in Santa Clara or are subject to the city’s business license tax. All employees who perform at least two hours (2) of work in a calendar week within the geographic boundaries of the City of Santa Clara must be paid no less than the minimum wage for each hour worked.
