Employers who fail to comply with the Santa Monica minimum wage and paid sick leave ordinances may be found guilty of a misdemeanor and may be subject to fines, administrative citations, and civil actions.Posting Specifics Employers must post this notice in English, Spanish and any language spoken by at least 5 percent of employees.
