Effective July 1, 2022, the City of Los Angeles’ minimum wage increased to $16.04/hour and the County of Los Angeles’ minimum wage increased to $15.96/hour. CalChamber's 2023 posters reflect these updates.
All employers — regardless of size — with employees working in the City of Los Angeles, or working in unincorporated areas of the County of Los Angeles, are required to post the applicable minimum wage notices with the increased rates at each workplace or jobsite.

CITY OF LOS ANGELES
The City of Los Angeles Labor Law Notice Poster (17" x 22") contains the official Minimum Wage and Paid Sick Leave employment notices required by the Los Angeles Office of Wage Standards. This notice is mandatory for all employers, regardless of size, to post.
The City of Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative Poster (17" x 14") contains the required notice limiting the use of criminal history information by Los Angeles employers. This notice is mandatory for employers located or doing business in the City of Los Angeles that have 10 or more employees in Los Angeles.
Be sure to display the poster(s) in a clearly visible place at each workplace or jobsite.
Employers must post the minimum wage and paid sick leave notices in any language spoken by at least five percent (5%) of the employees at a workplace or jobsite.
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
The County of Los Angeles Minimum Wage Poster (17” x 17”) contains the primary Official Notice as required by the Los Angeles County Ordinance.
The County of Los Angeles County Supplemental Minimum Wage Notice (17” x 17”) contains the new supplemental poster.
All employers must post both the primary Official Notice and the 2022 supplemental posting in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite located within the unincorporated areas of the County of Los Angeles where any employee works. The notices must be posted in English, Spanish, and the primary language used by the employer to communicate with each employee regarding the employee's work functions, if other than English or Spanish.
