Covered Employers/Employees

All employers must pay no less than the City of Burlingame’s minimum wage to all employees who work within the geographic boundaries of the City of Burlingame, for each hour worked in Burlingame.

Required Notices

CalChamber’s 15.5" x 22" 2021 Burlingame Minimum Wage poster (English, Spanish, Chinese and Vietnamese combined) contains the official Burlingame Minimum Wage notice.

Employers who fail to comply with the Burlingame MWO may be subject to administrative citations, penalties and civil actions.

Posting Specifics
