Covered Employers/Employees
All employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work in a particular week in the City limits and who qualify for the minimum wage according to the California Labor Code.
Required Notices
CalChamber’s 17" x 11" Petaluma Minimum Wage poster (English and Spanish combined) contains the official City of Petaluma Minimum Wage notice.
Every employer must post the minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works, and where employees can easily read it.
Employers who fail to comply with the Petaluma MWO may be subject to administrative citations, penalties and civil actions.
Posting Specifics
Employers must post this notice in the languages spoken by more than 10% of employees.
