Note: Employers who fail to comply with Santa Rosa posting requirements and local employment laws may be subject to administrative citations, penalties and civil actions.

Covered Employers/Employees

All employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work within the geographic boundaries of the City of Santa Rosa must be paid no less than the Santa Rosa minimum wage for each hour worked in Santa Rosa.
