2020 Labor Law Poster Kit - San Francisco (1 to 4 Employees) - MASTPSFKIT
The first paper poster (26" x 26") in these poster kits contains official employment notices required by San Francisco's Minimum Wage, Paid Sick Leave, Discrimination Prohibition (Nondiscrimination), and Consideration of Salary History Ordinances. It reflects San Francisco's $15.59/hour minimum wage that took effect on July 1, 2019.
These notices apply to all employers* with employees who perform work in San Francisco.
*Please note: San Francisco employers with 5 or more employees located anywhere must also post San Francisco’s Fair Chance Ordinance notice. San Francisco employers with 20 or more employees located anywhere must also post notices for the Family Friendly Workplace Ordinance, Health Care Security Ordinance (HCSO) and Paid Parental Leave Ordinance.
Every employer must prominently display the poster in a conspicuous place at the workplace of job site where any employee works.
Languages for Specific Notices: Employers must post the Minimum Wage Ordinance, Paid Sick Leave Ordinance, and Consideration of Salary History Ordinance notices in English, Spanish, Chinese and any other language spoken by at least five percent of the employees at the workplace or job site, even if not one of the City-identified languages.
CalChamber’s poster reflects the official notices from the San Francisco Office of Labor Standards Enforcement, translated by the Office into these languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian and Tagalog (minimum wage notice); English, Spanish, Chinese and Tagalog (paid sick leave and salary history notices). The nondiscrimination notice is in English only.

The second paper poster (28" x 46") in these poster kits contains the 18 state and federal employment notices every California employer must post—even if you only employ one person in California.
The poster reflects California’s minimum wage increases on January 1, 2020 to $12.00/hour for employers with 25 or fewer employees, and to $13.00/hour for employers with 26 or more employees. It also includes mandatory updates effective January 1, 2020 to the CRD Discrimination and Harassment notice and the Transgender Rights in the Workplace notice; mandatory updates dated December 2019 to the Family Care and Medical Leave and Pregnancy Disability Leave notice and to the Pregnancy Disability Leave notice, as well as to the Cal/OSHA notice (dated August 2019).
Be sure to display a poster in each business location where employees can easily see it and read it. You'll need both English and Spanish poster versions if you have Spanish-speaking employees.
