Los Angeles City’s Fair Work Week Ordinance (FWWO) took effect on April 1, 2023, and establishes new responsibilities for certain large retail businesses. Retail businesses — with at least 300 employees globally and any working in Los Angeles City* — should attend this webinar to understand the requirements of this new ordinance. Noteworthy obligations include providing written work schedules to employees at least 14 days in advance of shifts and at least 10 hours of rest between shifts.
