Covered Employers/Employees
All employers, regardless of where they are located, with employees who perform at least two hours of work in one calendar week in the City of San Diego.
Required Notices
CalChamber's 15.5" x 22" San Diego City Labor Law poster (English and Spanish combined) contains these official employment notices required by the City of San Diego's Earned Sick Leave and Minimum Wage Ordinance:
- San Diego Minimum Wage
- San Diego Earned Sick Leave
Every employer must post the City's minimum wage and earned sick leave notices in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works.
Posting Specifics
In addition to English, if at least five percent of your employees at a workplace or job site speak Chinese, Spanish, Tagalog, or Vietnamese, you must post the minimum wage and earned sick leave notices in that/those language(s).
