Covered Employers/Employees
All employers that are either subject to Menlo Park’s business license requirements, conduct business in Menlo Park or maintain a business facility in Menlo Park, must pay the Menlo Park minimum wage to all employees working at least two (2) hours in a calendar week within the geographic boundaries of the city.

Every employer must post the minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or jobsite where any employee works.
Posting Specifics
Employers must post this notice in any language spoken by at least five (5%) of the employees at the workplace or job site.
