Covered Employers/Employees
All employers that are either subject to Menlo Park’s business license requirements, conduct business in Menlo Park or maintain a business facility in Menlo Park, must pay the Menlo Park minimum wage to all employees working at least two (2) hours in a calendar week within the geographic boundaries of the city.

Every employer must post the minimum wage notice in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any employee works.
Employers who fail to comply with the Menlo Park MWO may be subject to administrative citations, penalties and civil actions.
Posting Specifics
Employers must post this notice in any language spoken by at least five (5%) of the employees at the workplace or job site.
