All employers, regardless of where they are located, with employees who perform at least two (2) hours of work in a calendar week within the geographic boundaries of the City of Emeryville
Required Notices

- Emeryville Minimum Wage Notice (Updated July 1, 2022)
- Emeryville Paid Sick Leave Notice (No change)
Every employer must post the City of Emeryville’s minimum wage and paid sick leave notices where they can be read easily by all employees.
Employers who fail to comply with the City of Emeryville’s minimum wage and paid sick leave ordinances may be subject to administrative citations, fines or penalties, compliance orders, and civil actions.
Posting Specifics
Employers must post this notice in all languages spoken by 10% or more of the employees in a workplace.
